Accessibility-First Design
Mantis & Co. Predicts: 2025 will represent the beginning of a shift in design strategy to focus on designing for accessibility first. Much like the shift from web to mobile first design, this will represent the beginning of a shift in status quo. Designing for disability first is a great framework to challenge our assumptions about what people need to be successful in interfacing with design interfaces. Rise of the Small Business
Mantis & Co. Predicts: The number of small businesses and new emerging accessibility service providers will continue to grow, particularly in European markets as the EAA is set to give digital accessibility a boost to the tune of 22% market growth in 2025. We think the combination of market growth and small businesses creates an opportunity for additional niche accessibility agencies.

Learn more about this eventBig Business Loses Traction
Mantis & Co. Predicts: Large accessibility service providers lose traction in the market in 2025. While they have the budget and continue to invest in tooling, AI, overlays and ‘complete solutions’, they fall short on solutions that are truly outside the box, which impact lasting change. Many decision-makers are tired of pushy sales tactics and behemoth price tags. We think there will still be a place for the big few, but innovation will be found in smaller organizations in 2025.
