Anna Thielke

Anna is an entrepreneur, systems thinker, and designer with over 15 years of experience leading accessibility and inclusive design strategy. She founded Mantis & Co. to build a future where physical, digital, and cultural environments are designed to work for everyone, including people like her.

As a blind and neurodivergent leader, Anna brings a deeply personal perspective to every partnership. She knows that inclusion is not about compliance alone. It is about creativity, honesty, and reshaping systems so that equity becomes a shared responsibility.

Before launching Mantis & Co. Anna served as Director of Inclusive Design at CVS Health, where she spent seven years growing and scaling a practice that reached across product teams, hiring pipelines, and organizational culture. Her work has helped teams across industries move from intention to action, building inclusive programs that are both practical and transformative.

Anna believes that humor and innovation are powerful tools for change. Her leadership style is rooted in curiosity, lived experience, and a commitment to making accessibility not only possible, but inevitable.
